DELL PE6850无法进入系统 SCSI提示硬盘错误故障

6850配置了两块SCSI硬盘，146G，做RAID 1镜像。
6850重启后，SCSI 的扫描不能扫描到硬盘。有如下提示：

Battery module is present on adapter
1 logical drive found on the host adapter
0 physical drive found on the host adapter
1 logical drive Failed
SCSI drives not found at correct positions. Drive Roaming done by Firmware.
1 logical drive handled by BIOS
0 Physical drive handled by BIOS
Press Ctrl M to Run Configuration Utility or any other Key to Contiune.
我按Ctrl M进入配置环境后，发现Easy Configuration - Array selection menu 中Raid Ch-0中 ID0 和ID1对应的硬盘状态都是 Fail
机器启动后没有任何报警的声音，硬盘外壳上的两个指示灯也是正常的绿灯。其中一个指示灯是电源指示，另外一个是状态指示，会随着读盘的状态不规则的闪烁。
